Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support staff, and ensure our workplace runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys streamlining processes, and takes pride in creating a productive and positive office atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance tasks
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Handle incoming communications and distribute information as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
